Cherry season over for another year!!

Yes it’s hard to believe, the cherry season has finished for another year…

The season had a difficult start with 55mm of rain at the wrong time, just as out first varieties were almost ready to pick. This caused alot of splitting & the quantity of “Van” in particular was down 75% from last year.

The season eneded with “Regina” out last cherry to ripen, while there was some splitting due to the rain it was no where near as severe as early in the season & we had a good finish to the season.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our pickers , who under some trying conditions, did their best to help us get the cherries off the trees on time.

We would also like to thank our loyal customers for their continued support this year & we look forward to supplying big, dark, juicy cherries to everyone next year.

Best Regards,

Mike, Carmel & Andrew
