WOODSTOCK CHERRIES

NEWSLETTER

Hi reader,

We have had an increased number of special requests in regards to the delivery of the cherries this year.

While we will endeavor to accommodate these requests, however, once the cherries get into the postal system the reality is that they are, unfortunately, treated like every other express post satchel and we have as much control over how the cherries are transported and delivered as we would if we posted documents in an A4 flat satchel.

Where practical, special requests will be written on the post pack for the postman to see, but if the local postie is snowed under, has a low care factor or just having a bad day on the particular day your cherries are being delivered unfortunately there is very little we can do about it.

If a mobile number is provided with the order all packages will receive a text notification with a tracking number from Australia post which you will enable you to keep an eye on the progress of your cherry delivery.

Orders can also become separated when posted together...we don't know why...but on several occasions we have posted orders to the same address, at the same time and they have arrived on different days.

Again, we appreciate you patience...as we wait patiently for the cherries to ripen, so we can have then picked, posted, packed & sent on their way to you!! :)

Regards,

Andrew Oakford

P.S. If driving from Hobart turn left just before the Huonville bridge, drive just over 6km towards Cygnet & look for the "Woodstock Orchards" signs & the green & white "cherry tent"!!
